Dr. Aimee Motwani, MD is an allergist and clinical immunologist at North Texas Allergy & Asthma Associates. She joined the practice in 2024 and practices at both the Walnut Hill and Plano locations. Dr. Motwani welcomes and sees both adult and pediatric patients with all allergic and immunologic conditions. She has a special interest in allergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis and urticaria.
Dr. Motwani was raised in Southern Maryland. She graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise. After receiving her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, she went on to complete her internal medicine residency and a chief residency year at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. After which, she completed her allergy/immunology fellowship training at UCLA/VA Greater Los Angeles in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Motwani is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology, and the American College of Asthma, Allergy & Immunology.
Dr. Motwani relocated to the Dallas area with her husband, an interventional cardiologist, to be closer to family. When not seeing patients, she enjoys baking, running, and spending time with her husband and dog.
